Our client requires a C# Developer (with Good .NET/ASP.NET Knowledge/experience) - Dutch OR French Speaking
1) Tasks/responsibilities
The technical analyst will have to understand the existing application (Elio) and its place in the Trading & Supply IT landscape. Based on the functional analysis that has been written internally and on the input given by our Application Specialist, he/She will have to provide a technical design for the implementation. Eventually, he/she will be supported by another technical analyst who has an excellent background on the application and the processes around it.
2) Required skills/competences/experience
The technical analyst must have a strong .net competency. He/she must also be senior enough to work autonomously. He/she will receive the support from the functional analyst and the application specialist but, due to the short deadline, it is clear that he/she will have to be able to focus on the right priorities and be efficient fairly quickly. We expect that person to have already experience in .net technology and in Utilities domain. We also expect him/her to very quickly have a clear understanding of the existing IT landscape as well as of the technical constraints in order to deliver a workable solution in a very short delay.
3) Language skills
NL or FR and ENG (A good level in French could ease the communication)
Required Skills:
Mandatory: C#/.net developper with minimum 5 years' experience - new developments (new projects) and maintenance
Mandatory: Enterprise Architect skills and knowledge
Mandatory: Good knowledge of the Utilities (Electricity) Market
Mandatory: Excel and Visual Basic knowledge
Mandatory: Oracle knowledge - from a user point of view (not DBA)
Soft skills: good communicator, good team player, able to work with the business
A plus': RUP Process knowledge
A plus': SCRUM knowledge
