Responsibilities:
manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, events and promotional activities
conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future service
analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing service
manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
liaise and work with media and industry analysts
define standards together with industry standard bodies such as TM Forum, Quest Forum, GSMA.
monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
create marketing presentations, articles and whitepapers
monitor industry best practices

Requirements:
10+ years working experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experienced in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
Technical marketing skills
Proven experience in customer and market research
Excellent written (such as articles, newsletters, PowerPoint) and verbal communication skills
Formal presentation skills
Strategic thinking mindset
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
