Trailer Park is seeking an awesome freelance Interactive Designer to join our Digital Creative team on site in Hollywood. The ideal candidate takes a dynamic part in the creation of digital campaigns encompassing websites and mobile, especially pertaining to social media. They will have the desire and passion for big picture thinking and even bigger strategic design challenges. Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications is essential.
Essential Job Functions
- Designs websites, content, online/mobile advertising, games, apps, social media, and experiential for multiple clients that meet as well as exceed their needs and expectations
- Follows creative direction of ADs and CDs and receives input from account management team
- Collaborates well in groups of other designers, developers, User Experience/Information Architects and Producers to ensure the best overall outcome of our projects
- Able to visually represent digital concepts with clarity that transcends the medium for those with less digital experience
- Strong creative problem-solving skills with the desire to learn and assist others on your team
- Willing and able to comfortably work on multiple projects at once, from high-level thinking to pushing executions out the door
- Be on the pulse of current and emerging trends in interactive technology and design
- A relevant online portfolio of your current work
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design preferred
- 2-5 years of interactive design agency experience
- Strong design and typography skills are a must
- Recognized expertise in interactive design, with intermediate- to-expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Works collaboratively and proactively on multi-functional teams
- Open to feedback
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess a good attitude, sense of humor and works well with others in a creative team environment
