Job description- Contribute to continuously develop operational procurement principles for US Onshore operations
- Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP based on input from relevant discipline
- Review and approve invoices/transition flow according to given approval matrix
- Be main operating contact from engineer/business unit for operational procurement and logistics
- Plan material and secure in time delivery to various field locations. Follow up order and deliverables.
- Apply and assure compliance with client governing Supply Chain Management processes
- Have close connection with relevant vendors in order to secure efficient purchase order and invoice handling systems
- Support Strategic Purchaser in operational tasks
- Advise internal customers in all disciplines on procurement issues
- Develop and maintain good relationships towards both internal customers and contractors/vendors
Qualifications
- Required:
- 4 years Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience from oil&gas onshore procurement operations
- Excellent SAP skills
- Ability to manage and lead operations
- Experience from change management and process development, excellent problem solver
