Description
The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will have the following responsibilities:- Lead the Supplier Monitoring Program and provide Quality Assurance technical leadership and support to RI
- Manage the Supplier Performance Program by interfacing with suppliers to drive corrective/preventive action
- Work with production to implement supply chain based improvements to current manufacturing processes and products.
- Execute qualifications/validation testing to assist suppliers
- Prepare and review test plans and reports (First Article Inspections, qualification, validation)
- Conduct audits/assessments of current or future suppliers, writing supplier quality plans and reports outlining qualification requirements and test plans
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer with experience in supplier quality. This position will be working within the Quality Compliance department providing support to execute qualifications of new suppliers and devices. This position will perform Quality Engineering tasks for new product development projects and is responsible for assigned aspects of Quality Assurance Department operation to assure compliance with Quality System regulations.
