Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent Norwegian speaker with a Pharmacy/Medical background to join a global Pharma based in Walton Oaks.They require a Norwegian speaking Medical Information Associate to join a customer focused group within their External Medical Communications team on an initial 12 month contract. This team is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding the companies human prescription products and devices.
The successful candidate will
- Research and respond to inquiries received via phone, email or mail
- Record the details of the enquirey and response accurately according to standard operating procedures
- Identify and record adverse events and product quality complaints
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in a science/health related field
- Some Pharmacy/Hospital experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical/Medical information experience preferred
- Fluency in Norwegian essential
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer and software applications
