Description
My client based in London are looking for a 3rd line support analyst on an initial 6 month contract.You will be working in a busy infrastructure team, of which you will be providing 3rd line BAU and project support to the organisation. The organisation are currently in the process of implementing office 365 as well as replacing Xp with Windows 8.1
You will be working on these projects, supporting and implementing the new solution, as well as providing BAU support for users across the organisation.
You must have
*3- 5years experience in Information Technology
*3+ years working with Microsoft Infrastructure and technologies including:
*Windows & 64 bit) + Active Directory (to administration level with Group Policy)
*Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1
*VMware ESX 3, 4 & 5 (VMWare View an advantage)
*Web hosting with Windows technologies specifically Sharepoint , IIS6 & IIS7
*Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008
*Microsoft Exchange 2007
*Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 products
*Office 365 (Lync Voice an advantage)
*Has working experience of IT standards and codes of conduct
*Knowledge of Change Management and Service Delivery Industry best practice (egITIL)
*Knowledge of Licence management processes
*Has in-depth technical expertise in a variety of environments
