Key Tasks
Experience of Salesforce.
Experience of preparing detailed technical and user documentation, including functional requirements, designs, training materials and test plans.
Excellent knowledge of relational database management systems, including database design and SQL.
Expert knowledge of Excel.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and technologies
To provide administration support for all customer record related requirements.
Reporting; perform and create reports using excel and other external customer lists.
Weekly and daily system updates are required to be added onto the system efficiently and accurately.
Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
Manage reporting requests from different business departments and present this information in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
Customisation; working with the data base system to building new fields, page layouts etc; to isolate new data.
Analysing the data and devising new ways of effectively managing the data.
Presentations and demonstrations of new procedures and abilities of the program are expected to keep abreast of all programmes up dates.
Train others on the system updates.
