Description
Description:- Manage requests in the Application Request Portal - Update requests with status and information to provide tracking to app requestors and owners on the status of their request provisioning with team.
- Schedule meetings with application requestor and appropriate team members to vet requirements, timeline and feasibility. Provide notes and updates from those meetings.
- Manage request tickets (not incident/problem) for new app requests and app migration requests, make sure they are being handled. Keep request tickets moving through the process and make sure timelines are being met.
- Will be working with both Exton & Collegeville locations.
SKILLS:
- 3-5 years experience required
- Must be able to travel locally (50 mile radius)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM tool necessary
