Description
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide support for various promotional and outreach projects which include training seminars and event coordination, registration, and tracking and reporting.
- Also support with scheduling project meetings, minutes of meetings, monitoring timelines and maintaining project tracking spread sheets.
- Serve as liaison between event vendors, the marketing department and various marketing services.
- Validate, log and follow-up on requests for events, training seminars, marketing information, support and materials. Internal and external correspondence and proofreading
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is preferred.
- Years Experience: 3-5 years
- Must be local to the job location
- Basic understanding of event management, marketing principles and processes.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent-to-expert skill level with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
