I am currently working with a Medical Device company that is looking to develop a Nitinol center of excellence for their company. They are looking for someone who can:* Build, develop, plan and conduct all aspects of Nitinol processing including early prototyping through final validation.
* Develop and execute a Nitinol optimization and testing strategy.
* Makes decisions on technical problems and methods which require the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices of the field and related sciences and disciplines.
* Receives supervision and guidance relating only to overall objectives, new concepts, and policy matters.
* May supervise the work of technicians or engineers.
* Works on special projects, writes ECN's, and creates prototypes.
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
* 3+ years of experience with Nitinol testing, processing and optimization .
