Are you efficient, professional and motivated and looking to join a dynamic team.We are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to manage the Development of an innovation centre.
You will be working with the design team and liaising with the UK shared business service. As a project manager you will be representing the client in all dealings with consultants and contractors.
Communication skills in both oral and written are a must! Forming an effective working relationship with staff and proven ability to manage internal & external effectively is essential.
Required Skills/Qualifications;
-
Construction or engineering related degree (2.2 or above) or equivalent, -
Experience of working within a science based organisation -
Recent multi-year experience of delivering construction using PRINCE2 methodology or similar -
Experience of managing projects using the NEC suite of contracts -
Experience of working within a science based organisation -
Substantial experience of negotiating with internal and external stakeholders in respect of project resources and delivery.
