Recent College Graduate - Finance, Accounting, Economics, mathematics, or related degree; knowledge of accounting and finance; MS Excel experience is a must, MS Access knowledge a plus.

Maintain database of restaurant industry financial data. Position reports to the SmartChart tool manager in the Marketing department. Review store level restaurant financial statements and enter data into master database, conducting quality checks of data entry. Work with Portfolio Management team and use independent research to sync P&Ls with store locations.
Compiles and analyzes financial information for customers. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in finance or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures of finance including the basic structure of a profit and loss statement. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, but some independent research and analysis is required. Must be detail oriented. Works under immediate supervision.
