Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Payroll Service Desk that we operate on behalf of the BBC. The right candidate for this role will provide excellent customer service to BBC employees with payroll related queries. This will include general F&A queries, AR and AP via inbound calls and email
Responsibilities
Answering inbound payroll related customer service calls
Responding to inbound payroll related emails
Ensuring that the strict SLA's that are in place are adhered to
Working unsupervised when required
Contribute wherever needed as this is a very busy environment so supporting the team is vital
Essential skills:
At least 12 months F&A Service desk experience
Strong ability to multi-task
Can work unsupervised where required
Strong team player work ethic
Outgoing, friendly and confident personality
The successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance to SC level
