Background:
My client, a large bank in Brussels, is seeking a Windows Engineer, join the IT Support team that is responsible for a migration from MS Office to MS Office 2013.
Tasks:
Help/Assist & coach the Workplace Support Team to solve incidents and requests related to the Office 2013 migration.
Assist the project team in the Office migration path to Office 2013.
Support users outside of IT teams in updating Excel VB code and other functionalities related to the new Office suite roll-out.
Provide support to teams that write reference and user manuals, quick reference guides, and test results forms. Maintain documentation on Intranet.
Provide support to teams that will oversee workshops for all employees during Office 2013 migration.
Skills:
An experienced Windows Engineer, with experience of migrations to MS Office 2013.
