One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a French speaking Network Architect.

Decription de la mission ' you participate in defining the strategic and tactical lines of the IT Master Plan for the Group's infrastructure plus the path for implementing and deploying them
you assess the requirements (new requirements or developments of existing ones) in terms of infrastructure in your field; you put forward possible solutions, you document the feasibility and the financial impact of the alternatives proposed and you choose the solutions that best correspond to the strategy laid down in this IT Master Plan for Group infrastructure
you support the technical architects and provide guidance for them in defining and describing in detail the infrastructure architecture for each project
for the purposes of technical studies, you carry out impact, dimensioning and quantitative studies for the solutions proposed
for the purposes of invitations to tender, you draw up the technical conditions in the contract specifications
you assure maintenance of the architecture infrastructure referencing in your field, so as to produce complete, consistent documentation of the current infrastructure landscape
you define, design and assure the maintenance of infrastructure norms and standards in your field, so as to bring a consistent response to current and foreseeable requirements
Compétences techniques requises "Network: good alround knowledge on switching/routing/wifi/WAN/qos/datacenter architectures - primarily based on Cisco equipment
Security: good understanding of security principles - Firewalls, proxies, VPN, pki, loadbalancers etc
Nice to have:
Experience in writing/evaluating tenders
hands-on experience with network equipment
Compétences méthodologiques requises "Languages: French (very well spoken + reading/writing) - English (good spoken + reading/writing) - Dutch is nice to have
Personality + softskills:
regular and transparent communication
very good presentation skills - adapted to senior management
assertive - can convince people
Can work independent (to lead studies) but also in team
methodologies: knowledge of architecture framework TOGAF or other is nice to have"
