Responsible for full life cycle recruiting. Based on business needs, source candidates and develop diverse slates of candidates. Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities. Make recommendation to hiring managers after interviewing candidates. Manage candidate experience. Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS).SKILLS:
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of total recruiting experience
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- 1+ Years of experience in Recruiting Engineers
- 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline
- Experience recruiting passive candidates
- Excellent communications skills
- Executive level presence
- Must love recruiting
- High energy/positive attitude
- Willing to work more than 40 hours per week when required
- Experience recruiting Electrical Engineers
- Experience as a 3rd party recruiter in addition to corporate experience
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or MBA
- Experience with PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager Applicant Tracking System
- Experience recruiting in the utility industry
- AIRS certified
- Prefer industry experience.
