Our client is an internationally known IT outsourcer in the global market and are currently in the market looking to take on an experienced IDMS DBA to join their team in Adelaide ideally on a 16 month contract initially with a high potential to move to a permanent role!
In this role, you will be required to be fully involved in specific projects as well as provide day-to-day IDMS DBA duties. You will be supporting the application team with any development or support type issues and monitoring the database, usage and planning for future expansion.
To be considered for this role, you will require the following background and experience:
- Proven experience within an IDMS DBA role
- Ability with System Programming as well as Application Programming experience (beneficial)
- ZOS operating system experience (beneficial)
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
