Position Description:

To perform successfully in this position, an individual must lead parts of the Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations and provide high quality, responsive assistance to clients in need. This position requires the ability to analyze complex business processes and drill into highly technical details, and drawing conclusions leading to successful outcomes for clients.

This individual will work as part of a worldwide consultant and developer delivery team that is committed to providing services with high quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in other Microsoft Dynamics AX Modules (HR/Financials) desired
  • Other ERP Payroll and HR Module implementation experience a plus
  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing Human Resources technology, preferably Dynamics AX HCM or Payroll
  • Background in functional Human Resources with "client-side" knowledge of HR processes, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Consulting background required
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in implementing software solutions
  • Experience in determining customer business requirements and objectives, and the demonstrated ability to develop application designs to meet those needs
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX General Ledger, Banking, Accounts
  • Payable and Accounts Receivable Modules with at least 2 to 3 years of client implementation experience
  • Good communication skills with users, executives and technical resources
  • Fluency with English both written and verbal. Additional languages would be an asset.
  • Superior facilitation, negotiation, conflict management, problem resolution, change management skills and consensus building skills

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics® AX HCM modules for customers, including analysis, planning and scoping, design and configuration, testing, cutover to production, and go live support
  • Participate as an active member on implementation teams consisting of functional and technical consultants, developers and trainers 
  • Achieve high customer and partner satisfaction
  • Write functional requirements and functional design documents for configurations and required customizations
  • Adapt to Partner project management methods, which typically follow Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step implementation methodology
  • Manage individual scope of work
  • Maintain weekly reporting for time, expenses and status
  • Participate in proposal development in response to prospective or current client inquiries and requests
  • Maintain Customer liaisons and support services to aid future sales
  • Maintaining the Administrative processes and procedures
  • On site client visits, both Implementation and Account Management
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
