Description

The Service Level Management team is part of the Service Control department within our customer. The team takes care of the Service Management process (including SLA management, reporting and cost recharging aspects) and develops solutions for improving processes in service support and service delivery areas.

Context:

- Development, support and maintenance of tools.
- You'll take over some ongoing development activities as well as you'll be developing new tools. Aside from technical part of the job, you will be responsible for the design and the development of functional requirements into a suitable solution, escalate in due time, reporting up,...
- Development and implementation of the tool used to calculate the consumption volumes, feeding the new cost and recharge model (pricing, monitoring and forecasting).
- Develop and implement solutions for Production Services, Service Delivery Management and Service Management
- Maintain and develop new reporting in Microsoft Reporting Services.
- Perform support and maintenance activities:
- Ensure the support and maintenance of the web based tools developed in .Net, MS SQL and MS reporting technologies.
- Ensure the support and maintenance of the MS Office tools (Excel VBA, formulas and graphs)

Profile:

An experienced web developer with advanced knowledge of:
- ASP.NET 4.0 web forms, VB.NET, SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, IIS, MS Office automation (VBA), HTML, JavaScript
- Release management with SVN and Team Foundation Server
- You are a team player
- You have strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Telerik ASP.NET Ajax controls is an asset
