Description
Service Operations ManagerOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to fill a full time position. Salary is K. H1B visas can be transferred if there is at least 3.5 years still valid.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end responsibilities for Level 2 support team
- Work with surrounding teams to ensure that all levels of support teams are maximizing efficiency
- Handle responsibility of any issues that may arise in the system and prioritize next steps to resolve the problem accordingly
- Work with both onsite and offshore teams to make sure that primary support teams are aware of any high-priority issues or changes
Requirements
- At least 4 years of work experience in ITIL process
- Several years of experience in Service Management
- Personal drive to lead a team and prioritize any bugs/issues
- Several years of work experience with UNIX, Oracle, Windows and MQ
- ITIL Certificate in Service Management is strongly preferred
