6-12 month daily rate contract role based in Dublin City for a Senior Java Developer.Position: Senior Java Developer
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Daily Rate: DOE
A leading organisation that is based in the insurance arena is looking for a Senior Java Developer to create and enhance solutions by developing, implementing and maintaining Java and SQL based components and interfaces.
Role:
- Analysing user requirements
- Design and develop web user interfaces to internet applications
- Determine design methodologies and tool sets, design and conduct tests
- Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development
- Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules and activities
You're skill-set:
- Java - JEE6
- Hibernate / JPA
- SQL (Oracle)
- Web Services (JSON, XML, REST)
- Mvn and Svn
- Continuous integration, JUnit & Test Driven Design
Exposure to any of the following is an advantage:
Lucene / Soir, Weblogic, Oracle, Software as a Service, Agile/Scrum development methods.
