Infrastructure Project Manager - Antwerp Region

The new assigned project manager will be accountable to lead and manage the remediation Windows 2K Server equipment in File & Print and NetBackup Infrastructure. A second focus point will be Network Remediation

Attributes required:

• Project Management experience in highly customer oriented assignments

• Project Management experience in an international and multicultural environment (budgets, plan, schedule, risk/issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.) (+5 years)

• Experience with end user support integrations or environments (ITIL)

• Experience with Infrastructure deployment as part of New Buildings projects - Experience in Infrastructure Integration as part of Acquisition projects is a plus

• Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background

• Technical writing skills to write/interpret documentation according to internal regulations

General experience and understanding of:

• Windows 200X Server Platform incl. MSSQL, IIS/.Net, Sharepoint

• Windows Vista/7 platform, including MSOffice, Acrobat

• VMWare, Citrix,

• LAN, WAN, WLAN, Structured Cabling, Voice systems and IP Protocol

• Unix, Oracle as a plus

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage regional and local infrastructure projects with varying levels of complexity

• Specify IT IS project requests, taking into account IT IS guidelines and procedures

• Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, lead team to define solutions and document cost pictures

• Inventory of applications running on the servers to be remediated and their owners

• Coordinate/build detailed remediation plan/schedule

• Coordinate the activities required for the remediation with the application owner, technology teams and the offshore operations partners

• Work with the project manager / technical owners / business partners on communication & change management activities

• Function as a team builder for projects managed

• Track, schedule and manage risks, issues, budget and documentation to ensure IT IS commitment dates and project deliverables are met

• Reports through the Enterprise tools and IT IS communication processes

• Deliver projects within requested timeframe, quality and budget
