Description
For our customer in Brussels, we are looking for a Process Business Analyst: Understand and analyse the needs of the business were our customer is active in. Work on projects to define, shape, review and validate requirements to Change processes, products and service offerings. Evaluate and recommend solutions to address the identified business requirements to drive business improvements;
Core Accountabilities:
Interviews and surveys stakeholders to assess and document business process across the organizations
- Interfaces with members to collect and analyze information
- Works with Project Manager and stream leads to ensure documentation shows complete picture of member's needs
- Develops picture of To-Be processes and establishes gap analysis between AS and To-Be situation
- Creates process diagrams and process documents
- Creates Business Requirement documents
- Formally evaluates/analyzes alternate processes or paths to engineer the optimal solution
- Develops means to measure potential solutions to quantitatively evaluate process alternatives
- Consolidates input from different stakeholders in order to build a complete business case
- Assess feasibility's of proposed solutions.
- Able to support RFI/RFP tracks
Essential qualities:
Degree level or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience business analysis
- Experience in logistics related projects is a plus (Cargo Carrier, International trading, Customs, labelling)
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- High quality interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Problem solving oriented
- Good presentational skills, English is the work language
- Proficient with MS Office products, specifically Office and Visio
- Experience with standard BPM tools is a plus
