Strategy Consulting - Power & Renewables, £80kDo you have extensive knowledge of the UK Power, Utilities or Renewables Industries? Do you have experience of providing advisory / consulting within this industry?
We are seeking Senior Strategy Consultants for a rapidly expanding boutique Management Consultancy based in Central London. This company have developed a fantastic practice who focus on providing strategic advisory project analysis (including M&A assignments) for the Power, Utilities and Renewables sectors.
You will provide strategic analysis and M&A services within the Power, Utilities & Renewables sector working with large infrastructure funds, pension funds, and wealth funds, private investors along with global energy organisations. You will take a lead role in the provision of commercial strategic consulting for various projects which will require you to use your exceptional knowledge of UK Power, Utilities or Renewables focusing on various assets involved in this industry (Power Plants, Wind Farms etc…) from a contractual, regulatory and risk, project development perspective whilst also focusing on financial aspects (CAPEX and Project Finance).
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge (5-7 years) of UK Power and Utilities markets including experience working on or providing advisory services in relation to Power Generation acquisitions / financings. (Conventional / Renewable).
Other Key Desirables Include:
- Strong analytical capabilities - including the interpretation of commercial, economic and financial analysis.
- Strong experience of client proposal preparation and delivering pitches.
- Experience of Risk Appraisal and Project Development processes involved in Power Generation projects.
