Customer Insight Manager, Banking, Bristol, £400A leading banking client in Bristol has an opening for a Customer Insight Manager to join the CID ( CUSTOMER INSIGHT DEPARTMENT) within mortgages.
The Customer Insight Manager will manage ad hoc research activities delivered to the mortgages product unit. The role needs excellent stakeholder management skills, project management skills and research expertise and business understanding.
Key skills and exprience:
An ad hoc research expert- understanding and managing qualitative and quantitative research. Able to analyse the output of ad hoc research, understand the business context, so that recommendations and actions can be made to stakeholders on how to take action as a results of customer insight.
* Have the ability to quickly and proactively identify the key messages and stories from research data to deliver impactful insights through written and oral communication.
* An ability to translate 'numbers' and 'trends' into actionable and meaningful business recommendations.
* An experience of analysing and interpreting tracking data, competitor and market intelligence.
* Ability to synthesise a variety of research sources to deliver joined up Insight to drive action within Retail Products.
* Able to undertake stakeholder engagement at senior levels - ability to influence, guide, and make recommendations to stakeholders.
* Ability to work closely with the business stakeholders translating business requirements into well conceived and actionable research. Understand the business challenges and influence/guide on when and how to use customer research.
* Guide and manage multiple projects, collaborating with junior research colleagues to ensure the projects deliver to requirements and timescales - with a strong focus on delivering business results.
* Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that the projects are delivered to specification, on budget, and to schedule.
