Our leading media client is currently looking to recruit for a Senior Transformation Project Manager. The succesful candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering large Transformation Projects within the media industry (essential) and will work closely with the Transformation Programme Director and Leadership team.The Senior Transformation Project Manager must have a strong media, broadcasting, publishing industry background with proven change and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects to deliver a common goal. Committed to delivery, highly organised and able to set and meet demanding but realistic deadlines for self and others.

Skills:

• Experience of IT transformations and/or large transformation projects involving structural, process and cultural changes to ways of working in a fast moving environment.
• Broad understanding of traditional and new technologies used within the media, publishing, broadcasting and entertainment industry
• Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification desirable.
• Demonstrable experience of leading teams, budgeting, planning, quality management, problem solving, reporting, managing risk
• Natural communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills within global environment
