Green Shoots Recruitment is currently searching for a Social Media Specialist for a leading Financial Services Company.
Purpose
To create and implement a comprehensive social media plan that builds brand familiarity, increases trust and drives engagement.
Accountabilities
Create and deliver an annual social media plan which is aligned to the company's marketing and media relations plans in order to drive the development of a social media strategy for the company.
Identify key or controversial issues in social media, generating plans to address them as and when they arise and advising the business on the appropriate response to ensure damage limitation, business continuity and safeguard the Company's reputation.
Monitor, review, analyse and evaluate key metrics to ensure that social media plans deliver results to agreed targets.
Plan, write and distribute social media content across the company's agreed channels in line with the social media plan.
Support the implementation of the company's social media governance, controls and training to ensure that the company's reputation is protected and channels used are appropriate.
Establish and develop relationships with key departments, key influencers, third party suppliers and target audiences to ensure the effective delivery of the social media plan.
Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager
