Description
*Portland Resourcing are seeking for an SAP Junior Project Manager for 7 month contract based in Spain.
Role:
*Automate Project Management processes using SharePoint, eg planning updates, risks and issues Log, monitoring and approval of tasks, etc.
*Tracking and reporting activities, eg planning and resource allocation control, meeting minutes and attendance.
*Assist with the documentation and presentation of materials where needed.
*Maintain the travel plan and related financials, liaising with the project team members, Project Lead, and regional stakeholders. Other Project administrative tasks if required.
*SAP Testing planning and administration.
Skills and Requirements:
*University degree in Business Administration or a related field. MSc in Project Management is desirable.
*+2 Year Project Management Experience. PMI certification is desirable
*Must have SAP project experience and business process understanding.
*Very high computer literate:
oAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
oExpert usage of Excel Expert usage of MS Project. Familiar with MS Visio
oAdvanced user of SharePoint Administration. Familiar with SharePoint Designer is desirable.
oSAP user experience
*Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
*Strong organizational skills.
*Attention to details and ability to provide concise summaries and explanations.
*Highly motivated, self-starter and team player, with ability to work and be effective in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment, whilst meeting tight deadlines.
*Ability to build co-operative relationships with peers, team, and internal stakeholders, in a global multi-cultural environment.
