OD and Learning Consultant sought by our north east London client for an initial 3 month contract.
As OD and Learning Consultant you will be working with a range of senior managers to identify, commission, deliver and evaluate OD&L interventions.
This is a high profile role where you will supporting the development of a significant number of our clients employees. You will collaborate with other leaders to help translate the organisations development strategy into prioritised implementation plans to meet organisational priorities.
Communication and engagement plan development also sits within your role as do reviews of HR/OD related policies and streams of activity. In addition as OD and Learning Consultant you will manage the design and execution of appropriate diagnostic tools to assess organisational capabilities.
These may include personality assessments, employee satisfaction, organisational effectiveness and similar.
As OD and Learning Consultant you will also negotiate and manage third party contract for delivery of learning and training services. You will also look for continuous improvement in the organisations learning and talent development offering as well as designing, developing and delivering organisational development and change projects.
As an ambassador for change you will influence beyond your role and help shape the organisations willingness to change including diagnosing barriers as well as mentoring, coaching and supporting others leading change processes.
To be successful as the OD and Learning Consultant you are likely to be Degree qualified, have significant experience of synthesising complex and contradictory information into effective strategies, plans and activities.
You will be a great and confident presenter as comfortable operating and leading at the senior level as you would be at lower levels in a complex organisation.
You will have significant experience in similar rolls across a wide range of organisations, ideally including the public sector. You will be organised, credible, able to think on your feet and able to quickly establish solid and productive working relationships across a broad spectrum of staff.
