Description
Minimum of 6 - 8 years of IT Industry experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst in telecom Billing/CRM/Fulfillment domain COTS products.
Applicable to specific areas:
-Should have worked as Business Analyst for Work Force Management (ClickSoft good to have)
-Expertise on Huawei/AMDOCS/ZTE Products for Billing/CRM/OM domain can also be considered as they have good e2e knowledge.
-Has hands on Experience in any of the Domain COTS, has good knowledge of OOB features & Customization required at high level
-Has good understanding of Use Cases, User Stories
-Sound knowledge and understanding of at least one COTS product in Telecom Billing/CRM/WFM/OM domain
-Experience in business requirements gathering and elicitation
-Experience in writing Functional Requirements
-Preferable (Good to Have) experience of working on Requirements Management Tool
-Has awareness of Business Process Management, modelling tools & techniques
-Understand solution architecture and interactions within existing systems stack
-Good understanding of integrated view of Telecom business, technology and end-to-end processes
-Substantial client handling, client facing, client interaction experience (substantial client handling)
