A global pharmaceutical manufacturing company requires an experienced IT Project Manager to support a global ERP implementation program.

This will be a great opportunity to get involved in an important long term initiative.

Working as part of the ‘Global Programme Group’ you will be required to co-ordinate the rollout to each site, acting as an interface between the global group and manufacturing site ensuring the ‘standard global strategy’ is implemented making any necessary adaptations to each individual site.

Location: Initially based in Dusseldorf, Germany - will require travelling to other sites in Germany and USA

Duration: 12 months +

Project:
The company is installing serialisation / track & trace equipment using a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) on all its packaging sites across the world. This will require significant changes to existing production lines, requiring a new ERP system to be implemented at each packaging site.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Supporting the implementation of a new global ERP system (SAP based)
• Acting as interface between the Global Program Team and individual sites affected by the ERP implementation
• Adapting the global programme strategy to suit the user requirements of each individual site
• Working with Production and Supply Chain to manage the business change associated with the new system
• Writing user manuals and process descriptions

Requirements:
• Experience working on ERP implementation projects on pharmaceutical production sites
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Prepared to travel globally
• Previous Pharmaceutical experience
