Customer Support Engineer, Cisco, 2nd/3rd Line

Our client, a leading Norwegian company in video and cloud technology, is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join a start-up business in voice and video for cloud technology. The role is based in the Oslo area of Norway with a good salary, excellent benefits package, stock options and opportunity for career progression. This role is ideal for an network support engineer with a CCNA qualification with good routing and switching knowledge, who wants to take that next step in their career.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for;
Answering support queries from 1st, 2nd and 3rd line
Ensuring a high level of service delivery
Act as the technical authority for Cisco products and services
Provide commercial and technical expertise for clients
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Customer Support Engineers must have;
CCNA lab certification minimum (CCNP preferred)
Experience working on LAN/WAN networks
Ability to give consulting and support to customers
Speak fluent English to business level
