Interim Assignment - Public Sector
Location - 6 months
Rate: £Competitive

This organisation requires an experienced Customer Transformation Lead to work on a number of high profile business / service change, modernisation and improvement projects which are part of a larger scale programme of work.

The role:
This role will lead the delivery of the Customer Strategy and Channel Shift workstream, ensuring every project is underpinned with customer insight, targetted communications, meaningful customer engagement, properly planned change management, and is delivered in line with programme and business/service requirements.

We are ideally looking for experience in the following areas:

Significant experience as a Transformation / Change Lead professional - ideally with a qualification / Prince2 is highly desirable
Experience working in the Public Sector
Experience in change management / channel shift / CRM / website
Customer service/interaction experience
Knowledge of an IT department
Customer Insight and Business Interlligence
