Description
If you are a database developer with experience in T-SQL and Excel VBA as well as stakeholder liaison and requirement gathering experience and you are looking for a new contract in the Leicester area, then the following role could be of interest to you.You will be required to develop an automated database system for them. Currently, most information is held on Excel spread sheets and there is a great deal of duplication. The target of the project is to bring all of this information into one place. You will architect and code the solution and then migrate the data from the existing workbooks into it.
To be suitable for the role you will have worked on similar projects previously. You will have good stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills as well as the required technical skills. You will possess strong T-SQL coding experience. You will have good Excel VBA experience including ADO integration with SQL Server. You will also have SQL Server 2008 experience.
Rate is commensurate with skill set and experience and bonuses will be paid on project delivery.
