SIM Security Information Management ConsultantSIM Security Information Management Consultant is required an for a 3 month contract to act as a vital part of an important accreditation for my Public sector Client based in Manchester.
Anyone with experience in logging security, reports, charts, and graphs of the information gathered, and collect all audit and accounting logs to ensure you can recreate a security incident.
Location: Manchester
Rate: DOE
Length: 3 Months
Responsibilities;
To lead our on-going program toward a vital Security certification and to lead
continual improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS)
To establish all security procedures to then conduct a case to release to 3rd Party vendors
To operate as the lead for all matters relating to Information Security and Disaster Recovery
Lead Security certification project with help of external specialist consultancy
Maintain, update and create (where required) Information Security Policies, Procedures and Logs
Develop and maintain appropriate training and awareness plans across the organisation
Complete external client security questionnaires and audits
Conduct Information Security audits of 3rd Party Suppliers
Conduct business continuity planning exercises and update Business Continuity Plans
Suggest appropriate security controls to balance risk and cost
Advise on the secure use of new technology to facilitate change in a secure manner.
