The roles all offer 100% homebased working and will be initially written up for 6 months, with the potential of extension. These are full time positions.These are lead positions for candidates with either strong statistical analysis experience or strong SAS programming experience, within the clinical research industry, who are interested in developing their careers by undertaking key leadership positions in this expanding outsourcing model.
  • These positions require high calibre Statisticians or Programmers who have demonstrated leadership skills in overseeing the delivery of complex projects within the biostatistics environment. In addition, the positions will be responsible for the management of project timelines, tracking budgets, and for working in conjunction with Biostatistics management in the resource planning.
  • The positions require the candidates to have demonstrated key achievements in the core PPD behaviours, with notable examples within: leads strategically, collaboration, takes action and executes, and focus on customers. Duties and Responsibilities Provide biostatistical leadership in the interaction with the sponsor
  • Provide project management leadership across projects. Manage multiple projects, forecasting workloads, manage timelines and the tracking budgetary spend. Time management of own and team's time spent on projects. Ensure projects are well documented, consistent with company SOPs and working practices. Supervise assigned line management reports by providing employee development, completing performance reviews, planning and documenting development and training. Contribute to the business development activities in establishing and developing the outsourcing model.
