Description
An Investment Bank are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to be based in their office in central London. The Corporate Tax Manager will be r esponsible for tax accounting, compliance and US reporting for the UK companies and branches within the Business as well as review of compliance/accounting for certain European entities.
To be successful in your application for the position of Corporate Tax Manager you will have the following key skills and experiences:
- Accounting and Tax qualified
- Minimum of 5 years of post-tax qualified experience in a service industry, preferably financial services and preferably with a US parented group.
- Experience and knowledge of tax, administrative and internal control best practices (including SAO/SOX experience if possible).
- Experience and knowledge of International Accounting Standards- IFRS, USGAAP.
- Tax specific software experience preferred (in particular OneSource and Alphatax).
