Our client a global finance house is looking top supplement there existing team of Internal auditors with four further consultants.
The general scope is around the effectiveness of controls related to FS processes therefore ideal consults will have experience in the following areas:
- Customer contracting and order management
- Customer on-boarding
- Fraud detection, monitoring and reporting
- User access procedures
- Customer disputes and PIN generation
- Credit/debit card transaction processing
- Authorization, capture, batch processing and settlement procedures
