My client a leading Tier 1 Bank is looking for a Financial Services Lawyer to be the key contact for the business in all aspects of the Retail Bank and regulated products and services. The Financial Services Lawyer will be a commercially focussed and practical lawyer with high responsibility for identifying and resolving complex legal issues.
The successful candidate MUST have:
-A history of working as a Financial Services Lawyer - in-house experience preferred
-Expert knowledge of - FCA handbook rules relating to UK retail banking and regulated credit services
-Qualified to a degree level from a leading educational institution with excellent academic results and be a qualified solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales, or equivalent jurisdiction
