Employee Relations Manager - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Rates
Employee Relations Manager required for large blue chip client in the utilities sector.
Candidates will need to demonstrate experience and understanding of Substantial Human Resources Activity specifically within a Unionised collective bargaining environment;
Dealing with the Trade Union officials and Representatives;
Facilitating and participating in Joint negotiating and consultation forums
Developing and Reviewing of HR policies, procedures and agreements.
Qualifications required CIPD or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
-Planning and preparation for National meetings and sub groups within the collective bargaining framework; developing tactical plans to address issues arising from the application of pay and terms and conditions agreements, working Practices and related legislation.
-Day to day stakeholder management with business and trade union contacts.
