Chinese Speaking Managed Service Project ManagerI am looking for Chinese Speaking MANAGED SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER for 12 months contract working in Congo and DR Congo
.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project budgeting, cost and P&L management
2. Project deliverables & quality management per contract;
3. Customer satisfaction management;
4. Project team establishment & management;
5. Project SPOC to customer;
6. Business process owner;
7. Overall operational process control;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Background:
a) Five years or above telecommunication related experience;
b) At least three years of telecom project delivery experience as project manager; managed service project delivery experience preferred;
2. Skills & capabilities:
a) Familiarity of telecom operator/equipment supplier business model and network operation procedure; b) Knowledge & skills in project budgeting, planning & implementation;
c) Skills in project management & quality control, PMP certificate preferred;
3. Education:
a) Bachelor's Degree or above from nation-recognized colleges; flexible for candidates who have eight years or above working experience;
b) English: CET-4 or above, fluent spoken & written English;
