The Client:Our client, a reputable company offering financial services to their clients, is now looking for an experienced Software Developer to join their existing team.
The Role:
As a Software Developer the selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening the client's existing team. He or she will participate in or overseeing tasks of analysis and programming for the development, enhancing and maintening application programs and environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing and preparing documents for the general design of solutions that meet the user requirements and security standards
Developing applications in client - server environment, three-tier and distributed
Developing and managing systems for automated data processing programs and computer applications
Writing, editing and compiling application programs for computer systems
Developing or acquiring test data and performing tests to determine the accuracy of the program logic in order to produce the desired results. When needed, correcting anomalies and revising programs based on the results of the driven tests
Preparing the logical sequence of program instructions for the development, modification, documentation and maintenance of application programs
Skills and Knowledge:
At least 2 years of experience in software development (Java EE, JavaScript, C + +, Visual Basic or any other modern programming language)
Relevant educational qualifications
Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies and experience in web design and programming
Knowledgeable in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL and design methods, RDBMS SQL and ZeroQL and/or others)
Knowledge of computer programming and data modeling procedures and techniques of OOP
Knowledgeable in project management
Ability to gather and analyze facts, define problems and find elegant solutions
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the users of the systems
Knowledge of development environments, applications and related tools
Experience of working as a programmer and analyst of applications in highly complex environments using advanced technology and tools will be considered an asset
Fluent in English
