An experienced Cutover BSS Project Manager is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a contract basis. You will be based outside London
Job description:
? Responsibility for a Large BSS Transformation Project cut over implementation. Our Client acts as a primary SI for the program.
? Planning for whole Cut over activities (systems and organization)
? Define the cut over strategy and leading on the cut over strategy with support by other teams;
? Leading on the cut over migration implementation included 3rd parties and our clients BSS;
? Leading on the pilot from planning to implementation
? Ensuring cut-over readiness by our client, Customer and 3d parties, from System and organizational readiness point of view
? Leading on the customer communication
Responsibilities:
? Act as SPOC on behalf of Migration team, and ensure that analysis, planning and execution of migration activities conforms to project qualiACty standards and overall project triple constraints agreed in the baseline plan.
? Detailed cut over steps
? Detail plan for pilot and implementation
? Cut over rehearsal
? Leading on the cut over, co-ordinating between our client, Customer and 3d parties
? Execute Quality Assurance and Risk Management Strategy
Essential experience:
? 10 years + of successful hands on management experience on large BSS programs
? Experience in managing several successful cut overs or managing very large migration phase for BSS projects
? Ability to manage a multi-disciplined multi-cultural team
? Proven ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment
Essential qualification(s):
? University degree
? Recognized project management qualification desirable
