  • the delivery of frequent, clear and visible quality communications to the business, including any alliance partners or third party suppliers.
  • the preparation of project specific Quality documents including but not limited to Quality Plans, Inspection and Test plans.
  • Delivery of adequate and appropriate inspections of the supply chain and goods received.
  • The delivery of adequate and appropriate inspection of installation and service delivery.
  • Verify by audit and surveillance the RNL delivery team(s) and subcontractor activities have been performed and documented in accordance with contract requirements, approved quality plans and Quality Management Systems.
  • Identify root cause for audit NCN findings, provide input to corrective actions, monitor for effective closure and no reoccurance
  • Implementation of benchmarking and performance measurement across the organisation and deliver improvement in HSE, quality and re-work against agreed targets
  • delivery against key contract and scorecard measures consistently e.g. KPI's
  • maintaining accuracy and suitability of the Quality management system for the business.
  • interface with external accreditation bodies, and client auditors.
  • production and management of an audit schedule to assess performance and tri-standard compliance against 9001, 14001 and 18001.
  • maintenance of a Non Conformance / Process Improvement process that allows client and employee feedback to be collated, analysed and responded to. Where appropriate issue corrective actions
  • implementing a process for measurement of quality non conformances with agreed action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
  • liaison with other SHEQ professionals in RNL to ensure seamless discharge the tri-standard management systems
  • reporting internally and externally on quality performance of the business.


The post holder will be accountable for identification of process improvement actions and the management of thereof.

All work must be executed in accordance with customer standards, regulatory requirements and appropriate legislation.
