QA Engineer - Daily Rate - Dublin - €400 per day (MUltiple Requirements)
Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic QA Engineer to help drive automation projects and test infrastructure and to help deliver top quality product to our customers. This position is a unique opportunity to grow professionally, get involved in various technologies and gain valuable experience in test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and performance testing
- Maintain existing test cases and test harness
- Develops functional and regression automation tests
- Deploy and maintain test environments
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve the quality of all products
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years experience of software quality assurance or software development
- Experience working in a heterogeneous Unix/Windows software environment.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Jmeter, etc)
- Knowledge of Bug Reporting & Project tracking tools (Bugzilla, Redmine etc)
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP).
- Some experience in any of: Java, Javascript,Python.
- Experience using source version control systems: SVN
- Knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON and Legacy SOAP based SOA
