Description
Accuro is looking for an experienced Lead SAP CS/PM consultant in Västra Götaland, Sweden.
You will be the Services Lead - Customer to Cash processes, responsible for a team of consultants to design and deliver customer service processes using SAP ECC.
Experience required in design/delivery of processes such as:
- service quote
- service order
- service contracts
- warranties
- returns/repairs
- refurbishment
- material serialization
- iBase management
- service notifications
- planning of technician resources
- task list
- maintenance plans
- scheduling reports
- service history
You have experience in integrating service solution into:
- SD (Sales and Distribution)
- PS (Project Systems)
- FICO and COPA
Experience in SAP-CRM-Services is an advantage.
