Purpose of the Position: 
Oversee successful management of highly escalated member and patient complaints and issues. Implement a streamlined and significantly more efficient process for managing escalations. Ensure all deliverables need to resolve escalated complaints are completed timely and with high quality. Work with internal, and sometimes external, stakeholders, to continually improve processes and achieve high satisfaction among members and patients who have experienced issues. 
Minimum number of years of experience required: 8 
Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related area, eg, business, health care management OR a minimum four (4) years of experience in a directly related area.High school diploma or GED required. 
No Direct Reports 
No Driving Required but may require driving to other locations 
No Health Screen Required

1. Communicate with multiple levels of leadership, as well as internal and external stakeholders 
2. Oversee team members working on escalations to ensure timely, accurate and complete resolution of issues 
3. Manage project schedule, identifying and tracking project dependencies and critical 
4. Document project process and outcomes.

Job Description: 
Leads the execution of CO strategic initiatives by partnering with senior leaders and other stakeholders to generate high-value solutions and sustainable results to strategic issues and opportunities. Manages and influences large, complex projects or programs with regional (or multi-regional) impact and scope. Supports clients using program and project management, process improvement methods, effectively organizing and utilizing organizational assets and application of best practices. Structures and leads high-visibility projects or programs to meet client expectations, deliver value and minimize potential obstacles and risks. 

Job Requirements: 
Develops and manages project plans, including defining deliverables, key milestones and critical path. 
Develops project outcome success measures. 
Balances schedules, scope and budget, renegotiates with sponsor, as necessary 
Formulates project methodologies and communication plans. 
Develops models to project impact of projects on resources. 
Facilitates collaboration with diverse groups and individuals to influence strategic planning and execution. 
Communicates and presents project status to a variety of audiences. 
Documents project process and outcomes.
