My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Online Commerce Marketing Manager.
This team is part of the broader Integrated Marketing Services organization, shaping online commerce strategy and developing marketing initiatives across all international markets. Driving online commerce is a key priority for the organisation, as well as providing customers with the best possible shopping experience.
The Marketing Manager develops marketing plans and drives the implementation of centrally-led initiatives to capture the growth and opportunities within this industries online space.
Responsibilities include:
* Identify and develop innovative, strategic marketing initiatives to drive online spend and increase market share of online & mobile commerce
* Work closely with key online businesses and other partners to develop attractive propositions, user experience improvements, benefits and promotions to drive online spend
* Partner with local markets to facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practice to support and enable the delivery of online commerce plans
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of key digital trends and technologies to develop and implement leading edge digital marketing strategies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of the E-commerce landscape is essential
* Proven ability to build and grow partnerships, in and outside of the organization, in particular with businesses
* Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programmers and campaigns that appeal to consumers, merchants and internal business partners
* Prior digital marketing experience
* Demonstrated ability to drive results & project management discipline
* Ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data
* Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially PowerPoint
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Autonomy, comfortable being part of a virtual team and being managed remotely
* Flexibility required in attending early/late night calls with our partners across International locations
Educational requirement:
* Bachelor Degree required; MBA preferred
