Description
We require a SQL Systems Support Specialist for an initial 3 month contract role based on a client site in Dundee to start ASAP.
The role is to support the Client's technical infrastructure of a highly complex national medical system.
Essential skills/experience:
In depth knowledge of SQL Server, Internet protocols, Firewalls and network analysis tools
Computer hardware maintenance
MS Office
SQL Server 2000 + Server Administration
IIS
SQL Server O/S support and installation
System backup and recovery
Desirable would be any of the following:
SQL programming, SSIS, SQL tuning and optimisation
Source control tools (subversion)
Previous health service industry experience.
